Scholarship Scope
Recipients of the University of Bath Global Leadership Scholarship have the following benefits:
- There are 45 Global Leadership Scholarships, each worth £5,000, which can be used for tuition fee reduction.
- The fee reduction only applies to your first year of study.
- There is no cash alternative other than fee waivers.
- The scholarship cannot be extended and is only valid for the 2022/23 entry year.
Global Leadership Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the University of Bath Global Leadership Scholarship, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
- Required language: English. Meet the language requirements of the course.
- Eligible countries: All countries in the world.
- You must hold an offer of admission to a full-time taught master’s program at the University of Bath for the 2023/2024 entry year
- The Global Leadership Scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic excellence, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and future leadership potential. Applicants should demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and have a strong vision for the future.
- Have not previously studied a full undergraduate degree in Scotland.
- Have not received a Saltire scholarship before.
- Applicants must demonstrate:
- Interested in studying in Scotland and/or specific Scottish universities.
- A desire to work and study globally and to assume leadership roles in their chosen career.
- The willingness and necessary interpersonal and communication skills required to participate in the program of activities accompanying the scholarship.

- The names and contact details of academic referees at your current or most recent place of study
- Your personal statement explaining why you wish to study the course
- Scanned copies of undergraduate degree certificates and postgraduate degree certificates (if available)
- If you are still studying, please scan your final degree transcript or most recent transcript
- Academic letters of recommendation from your current or most recent place of study (if available)
- Latest resume
- Pay the application fee (if applicable)
