    5 Secrets of Business Success

    I often wonder what the secret to success is. Because, at the end of the day, we are all in this struggle. A rat race if you want. Continuously fight hard battles. Often, we feel frustrated. Sometimes defeated. But what if I tell you that the secret to business success isn’t as complicated as many make them?

    OK, from me, these words may not have the same effect. But what if I told you that this information comes directly from the two best salespeople on the planet? As a self-improvement student, I follow many of the most popular providers of success in the world. Anthony Robbins one. He is definitely my hero. But, so is Zig Ziglar.

    If the name Zig Ziglar is not ringing the bell, you may have been hiding under the rocks for decades. He moved the lives of more than 250 million people around the earth. Millions of books were sold. The most certain thing is the creation of thousands of millionaires. Now, while Ziglar may no longer be in life, his words will certainly continue to exist.

    The iconic quotes created by Ziglar are often cited in the business. Things like “Your attitude, not your talents, will determine your height”. What follows: “The goals you get by achieving them are not as important as you achieve them.” And, “You are born to win, but to be a winner, you have to plan to win, prepare to win and expect to win.” Plus more.

    These are old mottos. It will certainly last for generations. But I was not only interested in his words. I’m interested in his students, too. In fact, especially one. Kevin Harrington, many people know Shark Tank Fame is by far one of Ziglar’s most successful students. Ziglar coached many people, but Harrington mastered this knowledge and used it to create a well-known empire.

    So if there is someone who specifically asks about the secret of success and the person I can talk to him today, it is Harrington. Over the past 30 years, he has helped launch more than 500 products. These products generate good sales in $5 billion in sales. As one of the original sharks on the shark tank, he is also the father of information television.

    How to sell anything to anyone

    There are many aspects to sales. I talk about sales because it is the foundation of success. To succeed, you must know how to sell. Let go of your hand, this is the most important skill you can have. Everything revolves around sales. If you are not good at selling, you will have a hard time succeeding.

    Sales are related to influence. A persuasive approach is very effective in business. But if you want to succeed, you also need some fundamentals. If these fundamentals are not in place, you can almost kiss the chance of success.

    So let’s call them secrets. Of course, they are basic. But, they are absolutely secret, too. Not without people know or understand them. More importantly, people just ignore them. I know if anyone has a secret to success, it is Harrington.

    Don’t believe that sales are the basis for success? Just imagine what you sell at any given moment. No, I’m not talking about products, services or information. I’m talking about selling myself. If you want to succeed, you need to sell yourself at any time:

    • You need to sell a good university and explain why you will be suitable
    • You need to sell your skills to potential employers to get a good job
    • You need to sell a potential spouse or date to find out why they should be with you
    • You need to sell parents why they should give you stipends
    • You need to sell your bank why they should mortgage you
    • You need to sell a landlord, why you become a good tenant

    Sales are everything. everything. lay down. Now, selling without having to stick to all kinds of so-called secrets does not guarantee your long-term success. Of course, you will make some short-term progress. But, not a big stride. There will be no exponential growth.

    If sales are one of the basic secrets to successful success, what is the secret to successful sales? On the basis of any business, you need to have five basic keys. It’s more than just building an irresistible offer. Yes, you need that. However, you need more in place before constructing or creating.

    While there may be dozens (if not hundreds) of secrets to success, if not hundreds, these five are crucial. If you follow these, you can navigate successfully for a long time, Harrington said. Not in the short term. Remember, it’s about consistency of your approach. It’s not about staggering, giving up or making excuses. It’s about staying in the narrow side of straightness.

    5 Secrets of Business Success

    1) Create something of real value

    This is the secret to the success of Business No. 1:

    Harrington talks a lot about value. This is the cornerstone of success. If you stop and think about it now, the richest people in the world create the greatest value. Let go of your hand, it is crucial if you want to win. So why is value so important?

    While some people may be able to sell anything, there is no guarantee of long-term success. If you put your needs before the needs of consumers, you will lose it. Harrington says whether you sell, manufacture, create, or dream, you are in the best interest of the consumer. In other words, add crazy value.

    Think about it. They first add value before most of the world’s most successful companies make a dime. Facebook connects the world through large-scale social networks. Google provides the most accurate search results before enabling you to run ads. etc.

    2) Improve the lives of others

    The secret to success of Business No. 2:

    Not only should you provide real value, but you should also look for ways to improve others’ lives through peddling. Of course, you can sell anything to anyone in a short time. But if you don’t improve the lives of consumers, you’re really wasting your time.

    By building products, services, or information to improve the lives of others, you can literally change your business and catapult it into the stratosphere. We are talking about long-term exponential growth. Beyond anything you might dream of.

    This doesn’t mean you can’t make a profit from your efforts. This simply means that you must first focus on improving the lives of consumers. This is the key or secret to success here. Focus on this and watch your business take shape and reach new heights. Ignore it and watch it collapse and burn.

    3) True and transparent

    The secret to success of Business No. 3:

    No one likes a sleazeball. You don’t sell anything. Don’t be the man (or girl) people are afraid of talking. Used car salesman. Low ball greedy saleswoman. Don’t be that person. Just don’t. On the contrary, if you really want to succeed, Harrington says you should be real and transparent.

    Don’t make unrealistic claims. People can see it through it. Instead, be honest about what you will do with your product or service or information. Using real-world reviews, these people have tested everything you have to offer. These referrals have a long way to go.

    Whether you are an audience or a millennial or a baby boomer, everyone can tell you when it’s not true. People are not stupid. So don’t exploit them by trying to be or say incorrect words. It’s just a waste of time.

    4) Focus on enthusiasm

    The secret to success of Business No. 4:

    While you shouldn’t always impress everyone, you should focus your thoughts on the positive. In other words, don’t think negative thoughts. Yes, it’s hard. However, this is necessary. If you start to move to negative territory, your life will follow.

    Considering that we have over 60,000 ideas a day and most of the ideas that happen in the subconscious mind, if you don’t focus your thoughts on the positive, you feel out of control. You will not be able to control your destiny. When you enter that headspace, you will certainly not be able to sell.

    Harrington said this is one of the most important advice he has given to entrepreneurs. If you are always focused on the pleasure of pain rather than positive outcomes, you simply cannot make progress. Of course, business is difficult. it is known. But as long as you put in your work and keep a positive mindset, time will become easier.

    5) Follow the 80-20 rules

    The secret to success of Business No. 5:

    Rules 80-20 state that 80% of the results come from 20% of the effort. In sales, this means that 80% of sales come from 20% of customers. This also means that in 20% of efforts, another 80-20 rules apply. This means that very little effort leads to big results.

    Focus on this. Find the effort to produce the greatest results. It’s not about long and endless days of work, hard work or being the last one to always leave the office. It’s about productivity. If you can find a way that works, you can extend it. think 4-hour working week Instead of an 18-hour day.

    Too many people think that the secret to success lies in training yourself on your bones. no. Just identify which efforts are producing the largest results and scale. This is how you seriously scale up and grow any business.
