On Wednesday, March 12, the Islamic Court in Kano State ordered Abduljabar Nura, a 29-year-old man, to be remanded in a correctional center to adopt the electricity bill to incorporate New York State’s ST@Bbing neighbors.
Police accused Nura, who lives in the fat area of Kano, of causing serious injury.
He pleaded guilty to the crime when the charge was read to the defendant.
Judge Umar Lawal-Abubakar ordered the defendant to be remanded to the Goron Dutse Correctional Centre in Kano until the sentence was announced on April 15.
Prosecutor’s attorney Zahradeen Abubakar told the court that the complainant Haruna Kasim reported the matter at the Fagge Police Department on February 28.
He claimed that the defendant and Mr. Qasim had a dispute over the electricity bill.
Police said the defendant, Saint @ complainant, had a pair of scissors on his back.
