The woman said she beat Sean “Jay-Z” Carter and Sean “Diddy” Combs Sxs when she was 13, heard the recording at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards, agreeing that Jay-Z has no butt @Ult@Ult her and said her lawyer pushed her towards Sue Jay-Z. Since then, the woman’s lawsuit against Jay-Z and Combs has been withdrawn from prejudice, which means it cannot be restored. The recording, an excerpt obtained by ABC News, is among women, identified as Jane Doe, and two private investigators associated with Carter. “He’s there, but is he not related to any sxual behavior towards you?” asked the private investigator. “Yes,” Jane Doy replied. Carter’s attorney Alex Spiro denied that Jay-Z had ever met Jane-Z. “He’s the kind of person who prompted me to move forward to him with Jay-Z,” he heard the woman say. “Did Buzzby do it?” the investigator asked. “Yes,” the woman replied. Buzbee called his idea of pushing her into Jay-Z a “blatant lie.” “It is a blatant lie in terms of my advice to promote Jane Doe to make a case against Jay Z, directly contrary to all the literature evidence,” Buzbee said in a statement to ABC News. “The tape is talking to himself,” and should be undoubtedly innocence for him. “She said Mr. Carter did not do that. It was actually a lie, and the only reason Mr. Carter even got involved was because she was forced to get him involved,” Spiro told ABC News in an exclusive interview. Jane Doe had sworn to say that she insisted on her claims and dropped the lawsuit because of “fear of intimidation and revenge against Jay-Z” and his fans. She also denied telling investigator Buzbee to seek her request as a client, or that he encouraged her to make false claims against Jay-Z. She said she felt “intimidated and frightened” when she faced her doorstep and investigators knew her name and address. Spiro said investigators who came into contact with Jane Doe did not force or threaten her. “She volunteered to meet, talked to them, she told them the truth, and Mr. Carter never did it,” Spillo said. Jay-Z, who sold more than 140 million albums, is one of the best-selling artists in the world. He married Beyonc and they shared three children. His lawyer said it affected the Carter family. “It’s hard to hear false lies to you, spread over the internet and affect your child,” Spiro said. “It’s hard for him. It’s hard for anyone. But all he does is prove himself innocent. Today, hopefully this is the last chapter of that. Then they’ll move on. That’s what Jay does.” Carter is now suing Jane Doe and Tony Buzbee for being vilified, and they deny that. “The facts have to come out completely. This person can’t hide it as a false allegation,” Spiro said.
