A teenager Adesogo promised to vomit in Ondo State for allegedly assaulting a member of the Legion, Akomolafe Dickson, in front of a man at Swagstrate Court and destroy St. Patrick College.
The prosecution, led by inspector Kehinde Emmanuel, told the court that the defendant had carried out a personal attack on Akomolafe, attacking him.
In addition, the defendant was charged with obstructing the legal obligations of police officer Constable Afolabi Samuel, who performed the arrest on behalf of Iwaro Oka Akoko, the judicial department of the Nigerian Police Department.
The defendant, who did not represent the legal counsel, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
In the trial of the case, Magistrate Judge Bi Ikusika ordered the defendant’s remand and adjournment lawsuit until April 16, 2025.
