David Moyes was named Best Premier League Manager in February 2025 after leading Everton to an impressive match in the final few games.
This is the 11th time a Scottish man has won the award, which has earned him a joint third place in history, with the Pep Guardiola level, with only Sir Alex Ferguson and Sir Arsene Wenger in more cases. It was David Moyes’ first time since March 2013 that he was crowned the manager of the month, when he was the first time he was in charge of Everton’s final months.
Everton started Everton with a 4-0 victory over Leicester City, before taking on a 2-2 derby against league leader Liverpool before 2-1 at Selhurst Park.
Moyes also saw his team score 2-2 at Manchester United’s home game and scored 1-1 in a 1-1 draw in February at Brentford’s saw Everton without losing.
After the public vote, he ranked the shortlist of five people including Oliver Glasner, Ange Postecoglou, Marco Silva and Arne Slot, and combined with the expert panel.
