    Suffering: Woman kills herself and jumps off the Third Continental Bridge

    • A woman jumped off the Third Land Bridge in Lagos and committed suicide.

    • Despite her efforts to rejuvenate her, she was confirmed dead.

    After suicide, a dramatic scene played a role on the Third Land Bridge.

    Daily reports Nigeria collected an unidentified woman who jumped off the bridge and committed suicide in the process.

    The incident occurred at the waterfront of the Unilag University in Lagos State on Thursday at around 4 p.m.

    Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed the incident to the PPRO of the Lagos State Police Department, which was the PPRO of the Lagos State Police Department, noting that after receiving the information, Marines stationed in the area took action to help her.

    She was then taken to the hospital afterwards, but unfortunately she was confirmed by medical staff at the University of Lagos.

    Her body has been taken to the Mortuary Hospital of Infectious Diseases (IDH) in Yaba for preservation.

    Handy said;

    “Today, on March 13, 2025, about 1,600 hours, it was reported that an unidentified woman jumped from the Third Land Bridge into the water near the Unilag seafront in about 1,500 hours.

    “She was stationed in the area on the Lagos Coast University slide. Despite their efforts, she was confirmed by a team of Doctors Unilag in the presence of officers from the Saab Police Department.”

    “Her body has been evacuated to the Mortuary Hospital of Infectious Diseases (IDH) in Yaba, Lagos for preservation”

    Police arrested 43-year-old man for R@ping 11-year-old minor in Adamwa

    A man was detained for being raped in Adamwa State.

    The suspect was arrested for allegedly conferring an 11-year-old girl.
