Desperate family after baby face turns into an old man's face

A family in Watsomba is in a difficult situation as their 9-month-old baby undergoes a mysterious transformation, his face gradually playing the character of an old man.

The shocking change began with their son five months old, initially with a slight rash, then escalated to premature wrinkles and an older look, said the shocking change.

“It’s like watching our son age rapidly before our eyes,” an emotional Chinese told Back sleeve.

Regarding the happiness of the children, the couple is Sally Mugabe Hospitalthe doctor conducted a series of tests. Despite the huge changes, medical professionals assured parents that the baby is healthy. But as the child’s condition worsened, there was little comfort – his breathing became hard and his appetite dropped significantly.

Without a clear medical explanation, the desperate parents turned to the traditional therapist. When some therapists claim that the transformation was caused by witchcraft or the erosion-seeking ancestor spirit, their fear deepened.

“One the therapist told us that someone cursed our children. Another said it was our ancestor spirit, angry at what we didn’t do, and they asked for appropriation,” Chinyanga explained.

Amidst a conflicting view of scientific and spiritual perspectives, the family is now seeking financial assistance to fund further medical testing. A medical professor at the University of Zimbabwe suspected that the child might have a congenital heart defect and recommended CT scans and echocardiography, but the couple couldn’t afford the $500 required for the test.

“We just want to know if this is a medical condition. If so, we will do everything we can to provide him with the help he needs,” the parents pleaded.
