Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike claims River Governor Siminalayi Fubara is surrounded by individuals who secretly desire to serve as governor.
Naija News Vick made the claim at a ceremony of honor for the people of Kalabari on Saturday, the report said.
According to him, those who advised Fubara did not have his best interest, but instead worked hard to remove him.
Wike specifically noted that the State Secretary (SSG) was one of the key figures in the political rift between him and his successor.
He said:The problem began with the government secretary Danagogo using his brother (Justice) to justify the defection of the 27 members of the River Assembly. Not noticed. He also used the same order to say that the governor could propose budgets to three or four legislators. ”
Vick accused Danagogo of his grudge against not securing the PDP gubernatorial vote and used his influence to create a crisis in the state.
He said:Look at Danagogo who wants to be governor. He was so in pain that he didn’t get the vote. He was the one who followed the governor, and he (fubara) didn’t know. He will take you (fubara) to the fire of hell. ”
Wick warned that Forbala’s closed circle consists of individuals who previously sought a governorship position and were rejected.
“You (Fubara) surrounded yourself with people who want to be governor, and I said ‘No, these people don’t mean well to River State. They are people around you, give you advice. Do you think you will succeed?
“They will give bad advice and see what bad advice does to you. You’ve beaten 2-0, and there’s more. They’re there to abuse me and you’re so glad. You don’t know you want to destroy it.,” he said.
