The Borno State Police Command has arrested a 44-year-old woman, Falmata Muhammad, allegedly the St. @bbing husband of Pulkar in the state’s Gevosa Local Government Area.
Intelligence sources told security analyst Zagazola Makama that the incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 20, when Falmata Muhammad attacked her husband, 50-year-old husband Muhammad Mallum, who used a knife to attack the deadly chest wound.
The victim was taken to Gwoza General Hospital but was confirmed by a doctor to D3AD.
His body has been stored in a morgue in the hospital for autopsy.
Police detectives in Gwoza arrested the suspect after reports from relatives of the deceased.
The murder weapon was recovered as evidence.
Police sources said the motivation for the attack was fully investigated and a diligent prosecution program was initiated.
