    Abuja explosion: Vic pays for medical expenses

    • Federal Capital Territory Minister FCT, Nyesom Wike stretched out his hands to help the accident victims.

    • Wick offered to pay for the victim’s medical expenses.

    FCT Minister Nyesom Wike sent condolences to the victims and casualties of the recent Abuja explosion.

    This follows a horrible explosion in Karu, Abuja on Wednesday, March 19.

    Abuja explosion: Vic pays for medical expenses

    Nigeria Daily Reports report a handful of casualties, injured people and damaged property.

    In recent news, Nyesom Wike directed the effective treatment of all injured in the explosion, while also directed the authorized Secretary of Health and Environment, Dr. Adedolapo Fasawe, who saw his orders executed.

    He said this through a statement issued by his spokesman Lere Olayinka.

    He said;

    In my directive, Dr. Adedolapo Fasawe, the Secretary of Health and Environment Authorization, was at Asokoro District Hospital and until this morning she was one of the 17 casualties brought to the hospital.

    “She briefly told me that after initial stabilization, seven of the 17 casualties received were transferred to the National Hospital, with six people successfully treated, and severe burns were successfully performed, and the inhalation and pressure injuries were currently being treated. However, one of the deadly casualties, the third-degree burns disappeared at the same time,”

    He also requires all drivers to comply with all traffic rules, heavy vehicle drivers always maintain caution and strictly observe speed limits
