South African singer Tyla announced that her sophomore album will be her new project to be released in 2025. The news comes after the success of her debut album Tyla, the album released on March 22, 2024. The debut album shows off her unique blend of pop and Amapiano, who is like “Popiano” and “Popientiano” and “Pemertions.”
In October 2024, Tyla released a deluxe version of her debut album Tyla+, which includes three more tracks. One of these tracks,”Push 2 start,” she was highlighted when she appeared at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, who won the Best Afrobeats Video Award for her song “Water”.
