A Daniel Olojede was sentenced to court on suspicion of rape.
The 20-year-old suspect is reportedly said to have contaminated a 6-year-old girl in Lagos.
Mr Olojede is being tried on four different offences, including devilish, indecent assault, child abuse and assault.
The prosecutor’s attorney said at the hearing that the crime was committed at Ajilo St. Ajilo St. 31, Oke-Oko, an agricultural area in Icorodo.
He was also said to have beaten the victim’s 4-year-old siblings, while beating him and sending him out of his father’s room.
The court ignored his plea and returned him to the correctional facility, while adjourning the case until May 22.
