    Chude Jideonwo

Chude Jideonwo, the host of the virus talk show #WithChude, is preparing to release his most personal book.

The book’s title, “How to Save My Life”, will drop in August. It’s about turning pain into joy and finding light even in the darkest moments.

The book explores the themes of success, failure, personal growth and mental health. It tells the story of external achievements, fame and professional milestones and does not make Chude Jideonwo expect.

“I was screaming when I saw the cover of the new book. First, I loved it very much. It was so hard. Second, I was so excited about the book. This is the most important message I have for the world today.”

“When I finished writing it, it healed me again,” he shared. “I knew no doubt that the world desperately needed this information. I knew that when I heard clearly that the book was written. When my publisher gave me my first traditional publishing contract in 25 years, I got it.

Chude also mentioned that it would be his last talk about the book until after Africa’s largest talk concert (first-ever #WithChude Live), he will host the Rev. Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Funke Akindele, Bovi Ugboma and Jerry Eze.

The official release of his highly anticipated book, How to Save My Life, is scheduled for August, but readers don’t have to wait until then. The book is available for booking on HowDepressionsavedmylife.com or book.withchude.com.

Jideonwo added: “It’s so lucky to share it with the world. Make a reservation now.”
