    Punching holes: The People’s Democratic Party, the United Party Alliance and the Social Democratic League have condemned the House of Representatives’ moves demanding age restrictions on the offices of the country’s president and governor. The House passed a bill to pass a second read to prevent individuals over 60 from running for president and governor in Nigeria. If the bill reviews legislation and signs into law, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and 2023 Labor presidential candidate Mr Peter Obi will miss the 2027 presidential election because they are all over 60 years old, so Mr Peter Obi will miss the 2027 presidential election.
