A South African policeman ruled that her police husband and a family friend were sentenced to double life imprisonment.
Ntombizodwa Ntinga sentenced her 49-year-old guarantor, Nkosinathi Ntinga, and their family friend Mpendulo Mdluli, 34-year-old SAPS executive clerk for her husband’s M8rder on Friday.
Samkelo Mpanza, 22, of Ntinga, was also sentenced to jail, the National Prosecution Agency (NPA) stated in a statement.
According to the statement, Ntombizodwa and Ntinga had a tense relationship, and she had an extramarital relationship with a man named “Khoza”.
“KZN officials, KIN KIN (Centalica) and Saps administrator, Reed Mdluli,” the statement read.
“The incident occurred in the Patan area of Quabbonbi in August 2023.
“They live together and are stationed in the Kwabum people.
“She told ‘Khoza’ that Ntinga was physically abused her and they decided to let him K!
“On August 1, 2023, the attackers hired a motor vehicle to the Ntinga house, where Ntombizodwa and Mdluli were also there. They paired them at the muzzle and tied their phones with cable straps. They also took Ntinga and Ntinga and Ntinga and Ntombizodwa service pistols.
“They kidnapped Ntinga and Mdluli and loaded them into Mdluli’s motor vehicles. They took the men to a nearby sugar cane field where Ntinga was shot deadly and Mdluli was severely attacked.
“Ntombizodwa was left in the house and she went to the neighbors for help. SAPS later found that Mdluli’s vehicle was not far from Ntinga’s body.
“McLuley was found alive on the side of the road. He suffered a head injury and was taken to Durban Hospital, where he finally succumbed to the wound a few days later. Mpanza and Ntombizodwa were subsequently arrested.

“Vehicle tracker evidence and testimony from various SAP officials involved in the matter also strengthened the state’s case.

“Ntombizodwa was sentenced to each M8RDER (2 XX prison sentence), 15 years in prison for robbery, and five years in prison for each kidnapping. The sentence was valid and valid sentence of life imprisonment.
“Mpanza was sentenced to 25 years in prison for each murder, 14 years in robbery and four years in prison for each kidnapping. He will be sentenced to 25 years in prison for effective sentence.
