    • Sen Godswill Akpabio said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has made great efforts to help him become the Senate president of the 10th National Assembly.
    • Despite facing sexual assault charges by Sen Natasha Akpoti, Akpabio praised President Tinob as a visionary leader who made a significant contribution to Nigeria’s initiative

Sen Godswill Akpabio announced that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu worked diligently to support his election as president of the Senate of the 10th National Assembly.

In view of Sen Natasha Akpoti’s sexual assault allegations, Akpabio calls President Tinubu a forward-looking leader, who has had a significant impact on Nigeria’s plans.

He shared these ideas on Saturday in a special Eid festival in Abuja to celebrate President Tinobu’s 73rd birthday.

Akpabio expressed his belief that by the conclusion of his presidency, Tinubu would be regarded as Nigeria’s most outstanding and boldest leader in the past.

“Congratulations on your 73rd birthday. On behalf of my family, my voters, the Senate and the entire National Assembly, I respectfully wish you a happy and peaceful 73rd birthday celebration. Your Excellency, Sir, Sir, your leadership, your vision and vision for Nigeria, remains Nigeria, and remains an inspiring model, continuing to inspire future generations.

As the tenth Senate president you are going to produce, I have the honor to work closely with you, and I must say that your enthusiasm for progress in Nigeria is significant and contagious. I must also admit that you will actively form the history of Nigerian leaders in the history of Nigerian leaders, this may be your family, this may be your end of the day.

“For 73 years on Earth, you have been in a political career marked by challenges, implementing transformative ideas and demonstrating the qualities of a true Democrat, mistakenly accusing the principles of modern Lagos states, and now restore hope for the future prosperity of Nigeria,” he said.
