The Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Forces (NSCDC) Osen State Command arrested 20-year-old Oluwatobi Samuel for her illegal 12-year-old girl r3ping in Gonkan after she rejected his progress.
The public relations officer of Commander ASC Kehinde Adeleke revealed this in a statement Tuesday, April 1, 2025, saying the suspect threatened the victim if she told anyone.
“In his confession statement, he knew the victim for three years and asked her to be his girlfriend, but she refused him,” the statement said.
“The victim was passing the suspect’s house on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at 3:00 pm when he called her and dragged her into the room with the help of his accomplices.
“The suspect threatens the victim with a knife and has a physical understanding of her.
“The victim has since started bleeding and if she tells anyone, the suspect threatens to kill her. The accomplice is currently large but will be arrested to face the consequences of his actions.
“The suspect has pleaded guilty to the crime and medical reports confirm that the victim’s hymen was damaged.
“I would like to assure the public that the suspect will be prosecuted after our investigation is over. Parents and guardians are asked to remain alert and keep a close eye on their children and wards,” he said.He governed. CC Igbalawole Sotiyo said.
