A former policeman has finished it all after the guilt of murdering his family and another.
The former official identified as Charles Atideka killed two family members and another killed another due to a long-term land dispute.
This happened around 2 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 in the Yovoyan community in Beggs State, Lagos State.
Daily reports Nigeria collects the deceased who allegedly shot the victims, believed to be Richard Atideka and Latevi Atideka in the Yovoyan community, and Muji Onilude from the nearby Gberefu community.
Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed the incident and the latest developments, and a spokesman for the Lagos State Police Department said the suspect ended it all after the crime.

He added that Charles consumed harmful substances, which knocked him down and left him unconscious.
He was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital.
“The person of the suspect in the incident died. He allegedly killed three people after committing the act and poisoned them. He has since been taken to the hospital where doctors confirmed that he was D3AD. His body and the body he was killed have been deposited into the morgue.”
The PPRO added that the case has been transferred to the state criminal investigation department for further investigation.
