The military command said the era of the infamous bandit Kingpin, Kachalla Bello Turji has been numbered.
The military’s reaction was less than 24 hours, Turji K! 12 farmers in the town of Lugu in the Isa local government area of Sokoto State.
It specifically dismissed claims of military personnel’s actions against herders, terrorists, cattle rusters, etc., adding that it will remain focused on capturing Turji.
Turji is said to have visited a community in ISA from Sallah when the attack occurred.
Defense Media Action Director Markus Kangye raised questions about journalists at the Ministry of Defense headquarters in a press conference Thursday.

“Any country leaves because anything that affects them also affects us.
“So, efforts must be made to prevent this from happening. Do you understand? We will continue to look into this situation and, as we always do, we will provide further briefings if necessary.”
Jiang refuted allegations of neglecting soldiers injured in the operation, addressing concerns about the welfare of the injured troops.
