Nigerian man recalls how people laughed at him and his wife’s makeup on wedding day and used bread as cake

A Nigerian man, Meshach Owunebe Oko, also known as Uncle Wowo, recalls how people laughed at him and his wife for using bread as cakes on their wedding day.

Oko revealed this in a Facebook post on Wednesday, April 3, in his first anniversary wedding anniversary, saying the matter was worse because his wife’s makeup artist disappointed her. They are still as strong as couples, he said.

“Many people don’t think we actually use bread as cakes on our wedding day. To make things worse, my wife’s makeup artist disappointed her.”

“Some of our friends rushed to post our photos online to laugh at us, but for God, glory is almost all Nigerian blogs bring our stories and give us free publicity.

“A year later, we are still bouncing and waxing in the carnival. So this is an unstoppable bread in our home for a year.

“The moral lesson: After the wedding, reason is before the day that impresses anyone.”
