Diddy now faces additional criminal charges in an ongoing federal case in New York, as prosecutors have filed a third replacement indictment against him. New charges include S3X trafficking of force, fraud or coercion and the transportation of prostitution, bringing his total criminal charges to five.
According to the indictment, the new charges involve a person identified as “Victim 2” and from 2021 to 2024. Diddy’s legal team previously called the victim in the case an ex-girlfriend, and “Victim-1” was identified as his ex-girlfriend Cassie.
With these additional charges, Didi now faces two counts of S3X trafficking, two counts of traffic crimes for prostitution and one count of blackmail. He pleaded not guilty to previous charges and his trial is scheduled to begin on May 5.
