Bill Ackman billionaire and Trump President Trump Ally warn that the world is on the brink of a “self-induced nuclear winter” and he begged him to suspend tariffs

Bill Ackman billionaire and President Trump Ally warns that the world is on the brink of a self-inducing nuclear winter? Beg him to suspend tariffs

Bill Ackman, a staunch President Trump Ally, warned that the world is on the brink of a “self-caused nuclear winter” as he begged Republican leaders to pause and pause his extensive tariffs.

“The president has the opportunity to call up time and have time to enforce tariff regimes that address unfairness. Or, we are heading for a self-inducing nuclear winter and we should start to be shocked,” Ackerman wrote in a long X post on Sunday night.
    “The likely colder head prevails.”

Ackman, who agrees with Trump’s presidential campaign, insisted that the decision by U.S. leaders to decide on a 10% tax on import tax quickly lost confidence in global business leaders.

“The country lags behind the president, that is, determines the global tariff system that puts the country at a disadvantage. However, business is a game of confidence, and confidence depends on trust.” “The president [Trump] He raised the issue of tariffs to the most important geopolitical issue in the world, and he attracted everyone’s attention. So far, so good.

He continued: “Yes, other countries are at the expense of millions of jobs and economic growth in our country by protecting the utilization of their family industry.”

“But by placing large and disproportionate tariffs on our friends and enemies and launching a global economic war against the world immediately, we are undermining our confidence as trading partners, as places to conduct business, and as markets for investing capital.”

“But by placing large and disproportionate tariffs on our friends and enemies and launching a global economic war against the world immediately, we are undermining our confidence as trading partners, as places to conduct business, and as markets for investing capital.”

Ackerman called for a 90-day timeout, urging Trump to renegotiate “unfair asymmetric tariff deals.”

He also warned that launching a “nuclear war” would only stop businesses and consumers would close their wallets.
“Which CEO and which board of directors have made large, long-term economic commitments in our country during the nuclear war?” he said.

“When the market crashes, new investments stop, consumers stop spending money, and businesses have no choice but to reduce investment and fire workers. Not only big companies will suffer. Small and medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs will suffer even more. There is almost no business that can bring huge cost growth to customers through massive costs overnight.”

“The consequences for our country and millions of citizens who support the president, especially low-income consumers who are already under enormous economic pressure will be seriously negative. This is not what we vote for,” he added.

When Trump warned foreign governments that they had to pay “a lot of money” to raise the tax he called “medical”, Ackerman’s plea was a situation where Trump’s global financial markets continued to hit the global financial market.
