A woman has gone after falling from the tank after landing on her after landing on her.
The woman was identified as 30-year-old Cynthia Chizoba Oguzie when the tank fell on her, at the time in Lagoslakeki.
A man who claimed to be the brother of the deceased went to Facebook to share a video showing the consequences of the tragic incident. He mentioned that no one was responsible and the landlord blamed the engineer.
