Nigerian woman Buithat Hudu Muhammad Lawal is seeking a second wife for her husband.
The biochemist revealed this in a Facebook post Wednesday, April 9, 2025, saying she admires polygamy but has problems with how some people are dealing with it.
According to Buithat, she doesn’t want to be jealous or manipulate her co-wife, but a kind, wise, full of love and character.
“Hey love, I was smiling as I wrote this. Yesterday, I posted a post about wanting a shared wife – someone was on this trip to life with my husband. I noticed a lot of people thought I wasn’t serious, even kidding.
I have always admired polygamy. For me, this has never been a problem. What I have questions about this is how many of us do it, lacking fairness and wisdom.
