A video shared online shows a girl tied up by a man who is said to be her brother, who was arrested and tried to sneak into a hotel.
The video shows the girl in a green dress lying on the floor begging for mercy while the man stands on her chest with one leg and whips her.
“You are 16 years old, you are going to connect, Abi?na hookup life, you live at 16 years old,” the man asked as he whipped her.
When the girl tried to deny the allegations, the man said, “You’re crazier, where are you going tonight? No hotel to go to Ashwo to do Ashwo? No, are you going? At the age of 16, you’ll see ashawo reason.”
The man continued to whip her while scolding her.
