You don’t want to marry a man like “I don’t cook” – What should Michelle Obama look for when choosing a spouse

Michelle Obama has advised people on what to look for when choosing a spouse.

The former first lady of the United States advises singles to choose a way to choose players on the sports team.

She took a basketball team as an example and said that a person would not choose a player who could only shoot, but instead choose a player who could fill in someone else’s unable to hit.

Marriage is the same, she added, and people should choose partners who can do everything themselves.

“Everyone has to be able to do it all,” she said. “Everyone in a couple has to be able and willing to do it all.”

She added: “You don’t want to marry a man who is like ‘I don’t cook’. It seems like, what would happen if I can’t cook?”

“Life is so unpredictable” that every partner should be able to step in when the partner is not capable.

She questions how a married woman is a man who is unable to handle housework when she is having a hard time getting pregnant or just giving birth.

In the same way, she advised women not to avoid building knowledge so that they can handle the financial situation of their families.

She continued: “Or, if you are a woman and you can’t balance the checkbook because you’ve left it to him. Life is too complicated and not really equal for two partners.”

In the title, she adds: “Find a partner who is not just willing to split and conquer, but one that can cover up for you in unpredictable moments in life.”
