Senator Ali Ndume asked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to worry that former President Muhammadu Buhari would not be with him.
The MP said that although Buhari had only one vote, he was still a lovely figure in northern Nigeria.
Ndume spoke after former Vice President Atiku Abubakar led Buhari’s residence in Kaduna earlier today.
“Buhari’s follower rate naturally decreases because when you don’t take power and you’re in power for eight years, it’s different. Of course, his popularity, everything will drop, which is natural, but you can’t write him down, especially among the northern masses.
If Buhari comes here now, you’ll see people rush to see. Everyone, including everyone, will be rushing here. Buhari is still with the Tarakawas
Tinubu should be worried about whether Buhari is not with him. Every number is important, and Buhari has a vote. Tinubu should also worry about my position. Because I voted for him. He didn’t vote for me. ”
