In a sensational lawsuit filed by plaintiff Manzaro Joseph against Sean Diddy’s comb, Beyonc and Jay-Z were formally withdrawn, with Manzaro Joseph revising his initial claims and withdrawing explosive stories involving a couple of music powerhouses. Joseph earlier this month accused Didi of drugging and humiliating Didi’s son King Combs at a 2015 birthday party, initially claiming that Beyonc and Jay-Z had witnessed him in compromise. In the initial document, Joseph claimed that Beyoncé responded to shock, questioning why a “half-naked white ac**k mask” stood in front of her. However, in the newly revised court documents, Joseph scrubbed all mentions of Beyoncé and Jay-Z from his allegations. The lawsuit continues to target Diddy and other figures, including music producer Emilio Estefan, but does not mention Carters. Sources familiar with the matter told TMZ that the withdrawal was conducted after Jay-ZS lawyer Alex Spiro contacted the Josephs Legal team. Spiro reportedly provided evidence that Jay-Z and Beyonc were not in Miami at the time of the alleged incident. This means it is obvious: pursue false claims and face legal consequences. This marks the second instance in recent weeks, in connection with legal actions involving Didi, whose name Jay-Z has been cleared. Jane Doe’s separate lawsuit accusing two tycoons of sexual assault in 2000 was quietly dismissed last month. Despite the removal of the high-profile name, Joseph is still filing lawsuits against Diddy and others seeking to undermine the traumatic and degraded experience he described.
