Nick Carter broke the silence after he was accused of r@ping ping multiple times after he started having S£X at the age of 19.
The 45-year-old backstreet boy was charged for sexual assault, intentional emotional distress and emotional distress caused by a woman named Laura Penly, who also claimed he gave her multiple transmission diseases (STDS).
The latest allegations against the boy band members come after several women have been accused of S£Xual Ass@Ult in recent years.
Carter denied previous charges, and he also claimed that the current lawsuit claims were groundless through his attorneys Liane K. Wakayama and Dale Hayes Jr.
They claimed to TMZ that Penly’s lawsuit was “more the same nonsense” and was intended to do the most damage to Nick and his family.
According to Penly, she met Carter in 2004 when she was 19.
She claimed they started a consensus relationship within weeks, including Trysts in an apartment in Los Angeles, where they will spend time and have S£X.
The plaintiff claimed that she asked Carter to wear condoms when intimate.
However, he allegedly refused and said he was “clean”, which meant he had no STDs.
According to Penly, she visited the Los Angeles apartment in early 2005 but told Nick that she didn’t want to have sex that day.
He allegedly replied that the only reason she was in the apartment was that they could have sex.
Penly claimed that the backstreet boys continued to lift her up in the air and threw her onto the bed.
She said he pushed her to the side of the bed and penetrated her vagina from behind, even as she repeatedly said no to him.
Penly claims Carter did not use a condom when he allegedly raped her.
Afterwards, she claimed that he told her that she never talked about rape because she would never believe her.
She also claimed that a few months later, Carter reached out to her to apologize and asked her to visit him again.
But their next meeting in Los Angeles is allegedly a repetition of the previous attack, as Penly claims, she once again told Carter that she didn’t want to have sex after taking her to the bedroom.
Her lawsuit argues that she repeatedly rejected S£X and then after Carter violated her against her will, she says she repeatedly asked him to stop.
Peng Li also said she had to deal with someone diagnosed with multiple venereal diseases, and she accused Carter of infecting her.
She claimed in the lawsuit that she had never had unprotected sexual acts before her relationship with Carter, indicating that she believed he was the culprit.
She allegedly tested positive for HPV, chlamydia and gonorrhea. Peng Li also said she was diagnosed with cervical cancer.
Penly claimed in the lawsuit that Carter gave her HPV, which allegedly caused her to develop cervical cancer.
Penly said she had to undergo surgery and suffer through cancer treatment.
She also claimed that the alleged sexual assault had caused her to suffer various trauma, including emotional distress, physical pain, medical problems and intimacy issues.
Penly seeks Carter’s damage in the lawsuit.
“It’s just nonsense about co-conspirators and their attorneys who continue to abuse the justice system in an attempt to undermine Nick Carter. It’s derived from the same predictable script – wait decades until Mr. Carter celebrates professional milestones and then hides behind litigation privileges to make totally false claims in an attempt to do the most harm to Nick and his family.”
According to Carter’s lawyer, he doesn’t remember ever meeting Penly or having sex with him.
They also claimed that his accuser “has a history of financial and legal troubles, has filed for bankruptcy and has been prosecuted for fraud.”
