Experienced Nigerian artist Gabriel Oche Amanyi (commonly known as Terry G) expressed strong opposition in repeated comparisons with controversial street-jumping singer Portable.

Get his official X (formerly Twitter) account, Master Akpako To put it more violently, it disrespects his legacy. Terry G, who rose to fame with his quirky style in the 2000s and hit Freedom Crazy and Pass my love, argue that his music has stood the test of time.

β€œComparing me with portable is disrespectful because I actually have musicians listening to it 10 years later.” Terry G wrote.

Although he admitted that he was known for his wild behavior during his peak, he added in a follow-up tweet that if the comparison was based on personality or public antics, he still thought he was portable in this regard.

Terry G is known for his high-energy performance and unconventional style and is one of the most unpredictable artists of his time. His recent post sparked an online conversation with fans debating the legacy of the two musicians.
