Adamawa State Police Department has confirmed M8rder as lias Zamfara of businessman Thomas Godwin.
Commander’s spokesman SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje confirmed the incident in a statement Wednesday.
The statement said: “Adamawa State Police Command is sad to confirm the miserable K of Mr. Thomas Godwin!
“Preliminary reports indicate that when returning home, the victim was attacked by strangers. He was reportedly beaten by sticks and clubs, resulting in his D3ATH.
“Police Chief Adamava State Command, * CP Dankombo Morris PSC (+) * has directed the Deputy Commissioner of Police Investigation (DC SCID) to conduct a comprehensive investigation into the incident.
“The detective team was deployed to conduct the investigation and ensure that the perpetrators were identified and brought to justice.
