Esteban Chicche Sullo, 51, kidnapped Mercedes Sánchez Querevalú, 19, who disappeared for a week before being discovered.
The 51-year-old confessed to her and told police that he “shot her with two sticks.”

The victim’s mother reported that her daughter disappeared after she failed to return home.
Mercedes, a mom of a two-year-old girl, left her house on April 6, 2025 to meet Chicche, who her family knew. According to local media, Mercedes’ mom said Cecchi owe her daughter money, which is why the two met.
After slamming her into her head and leaving her coma, Chicche takes the young woman to his home. He told police that when they arrived he slept with her and then divided her into eight parts, as reported by Needtoknow.
Chicche buried her body in the neighbor’s yard after digging a one-meter deep hole. He was able to climb a nearby wall with a ladder and was not found because the property was not currently occupied.
According to police, he kept the young woman’s body in the room for up to 24 hours because he was not sure what to do.
He considered throwing her body into the trash, but then decided to dismember her in his bathroom – which could take about three hours.
Chicche disposes Mercedes’ clothes and cell phone and cleans his house with bleach.
On the morning of April 14, her burial remains were found.

The body of Mercedes was found in San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima, Peru, after leaving her home at the same time in Villa María Del Triunfo, Lima.
