According to a statement issued by the president, through Bayo Onanuga, the special adviser for information and strategy at Tinubu, the president should spend no more than two weeks abroad and return after the Easter holiday.
The president left Paris for London over the weekend and has been in communication with key government officials to oversee key national affairs, including directives to the security chief to address emerging threats in certain parts of the country.
“He returned to Abuja and resumed his duties in Aso Villa after the Easter holiday.
“The President’s commitment to duty remains unwavering and under his leadership, his administration continues to play an effective role.
“We appreciate the public’s attention and ensure that governance is carried out without interruption to all Nigerians.”
