The gunman suspected of being a bandit killed a famous businessman, injured two people and kidnapped each other in the town of Farowava in the Shanono local government area of Kano State.
According to the gathering, the gunmen attacked the community on Thursday evening, April 17, 2025.
The attack was underway at the town’s popular night market, security analyst Baccartin, who confirmed the incident, said the attack was in progress.
He wrote: “Last night, bandits attacked the town of Faruruwa in Shanono LGA of Kano State University. They killed a famous businessman, Alhaji Rabilu, injured two people and kidnapped one. The attack occurred while the night market in the town.”
