Eduarda de Oliveira provided five different versions for Ana de Oliveira’s missing Alagoas civil police, before she finally told the baby’s whereabouts on Tuesday, April 15.
Little Anna was stuffed into a plastic bag and hidden in the wooden cabinet in the laundry room of Eduarda’s residence in the Novo Lino laundry room.

The 22-year-old mother first told investigators that Anna’s de@th was an accident.
She claimed that her daughter was choking while breastfeeding and she could not be resurrected.
Eduarda then admitted that she deprived her of sleep for two consecutive nights because of the baby’s crying and the noise from the bar near the family home.
Eduarda was arrested for covering up the body, but has not been charged with murder.

On Edwarda, the Edwarda report, said Anna was stripped of her hand by four men, and authorities conducted a city-wide search on Friday, April 11.
The mother of two claimed that the suspect took the suspect in the black car while she and her five-year-old son were waiting for his school bus to arrive.

She then changed the story and reported that a blonde woman sitting at the back of the car pointed her gun at her and forced her to hand Anna through the window before the driver drove it away.
Eduarda later withdrew the version of the event and claimed that the four men flashed their kidnapping at her, kidnapping the baby.
Her story is even more revealed when she claims she intercepts her on foot on the highway and snatches Anna from her.
Eduarda then told investigators that she forgot to lock the front door of her home and that around midnight on Friday, two men in hoodies broke into the residence, and that her gun was abused while the children were sleeping.
Surveillance cameras inspected by police smeared every one of her accounts.
Police used a sniffing dog and searched the house on Monday but were unable to find the baby.

Investigators are investigating whether another person helped Eduarda hide Ana’s body.
According to Brazilian news media G1, “Mothers may become desperate and seek help from family members.”
“Using this moment, there was no one on the street at that time, because the child’s mother was in another area of Nono, the man might have taken the body into the closet,” Diego added. “These are things that the investigation will still be going on.”
