Under the leadership of the FCT Minister, the Federal Capital Domain Authority New Vickapproved the formation of a review team aimed at accelerating the land allocation of six regional committees in Abuja.

He stressed that the Minister provided clear instructions, tasks and reference clauses to the audit team to ensure that all processes are completed in a timely manner.
Nwankwoeze noted that the teams will address long-term issues related to the name of large-scale housing maps.
He explained that the initiative will ensure that all those involved in mass housing programs will receive the title of their respective housing units.
The directors stressed that the government has taken steps to address all outstanding issues regarding property allocation, regularization and forms in the regional commission’s large-scale housing plan.
He said the establishment of these teams will enhance the integrity of land management and rebuild public trust in land resources management within the territory, as the minister has a “political will” to allow the initiative to be completed throughout.
Nwankwoeze describes the formation of the review team as a major and irreversible move towards restoring the order and public confidence of the FCT land system.
He urged developers and potential ownership holders to work together and assure them that the FCT government is committed to providing effective services to all developers and ownership holders in line with President Bola Tinubu’s principles and objectives of “update the agenda of hope.”
