
A cocaine consignment, consisting of 20 parcels, with a total weight of 500 grams and buried in the pages of religious books, NDLEA officials (DOGI) of the NDLEA Operations Bureau and the Bureau of General Investigation (DOGI) were found in a courier company in Lagos on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, searching Saudi Arabic company through Export Cargos, which searched for the magazine.
A statement released by NDLEA spokesman Femi Babafemi on the same day another courier company said NDLEA officials intercepted five loud parcels, a strong marijuana weighing 2.8 kg, hidden in cartons from the United States of America.

Babafemi mentioned that in Kano, Muhammad Mohammed, in a 22-year-old supplier of illegal substances for bandits, had been arrested by NDLEA agents along the patrol of Bichi-Kano-kano Road while heading to Katsina with 277 penterazocine Intecoction to Katsina and paired with his size and private parts with pertazozocine.
According to the statement, Mohammed was intercepted on Sunday, April 13, and another suspect, Mohammed Abdulrahman Abdulaziz, 43, was seized in the Rimin Kebe area of Nasarawa, Kano, with 68 blocks of Skunk, a small pinch of marijuana and weighing 30kg.
Babafemi added that on Tincan Seaport in Lagos, the 40-year-old suspect Basorun Usman Kayode has been arrested by NDLEA officials for two years in connection with a 107kg seizure imported from Cannada in 2023, while Dauda Yakubu assigned a 14 suspect in the Seaport community, while Dauda Yakubu arrested a suspect in 14 operations on Monday, while Dauda Yakubu took action on Monday.
