Liverpool coach Arne Slot also talked about Trent’s future at the club in a post-match press conference.
He said
“It would be ridiculous if anyone argues about his commitment to this club. All the headlines should be Trent’s goal and all the incredible moments he has provided for this football club in the year.”
Trent will end his time at Liverpool as they are expected to win the Premier League title this season.
