With the climax of the Premier League season, the battle for Champions League qualification is heating up in the club.
Several top clubs are competing for a coveted spot in Europe’s most complex club competition. The top five teams at the end of the Premier League season will receive automatic balls in the Champions League, thanks to Arsenal’s victory in the first leg against Real Madrid.
The following is the team of the Champions League 2025/26.
Liverpool and Arsenal won the first two positions in an impressive form at the start of the campaign. This means there are three seats left for the remaining five clubs to compete for the Champions League next season.
(1) Manchester City:
Although the defending champions have performed poorly in most campaigns, we think Manchester City will qualify for the current form in the Premier League. City has easy games that should be enough to get them finished in the top four by the end of the season.
(2) Chelsea:
This is different from what most people expect to happen at the end of the season. But, like last season, we believe Chelsea will end this season with most of the past five games, especially home games against Everton and Manchester City.
(3) Newcastle United:
The final spot will be taken by Newcastle United and we offer them a chance to finish the top five as they recently performed well at the end of the season. It was the first trophy to win since 1970 after the Hipies beat Liverpool in the finals.
Newcastle’s game is not a problem for them, and although this hasn’t been an all-round victory in the last five games, they’ll get enough points to secure Champions League football.
