The comedian claims that Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz is merged with Nigerian artists, Davido, Wizkid and Burna Boy.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, intelligence quotes Diamond’s luxury spending at Priscilla Ojo’s wedding, the daughter of actress Iyabo Ojo and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux. The Diamond video sprayed $100 bills after the party has left many Nigerians speaking.
Reactions to the video, reportedly, Diamonds spent $350,000 during their stay, including random giveaways and fees at clubs and parties.
Dean also criticized Nigerian artists for not fulfilling their promises and comparing them with the openness of diamonds.
“Diamond Platunumz is richer than Davido, Wizkid and Burna. I don’t believe this particular artist is rich. It’s not noise, we saw the money. He came to Priscilla and Jux’s wedding and he spent more than $350,000,” he said.
However, some question Taon’s claim, insisting that the Nigerian singer mentioned a much higher net worth than the diamond.
