As her mother cried in court, she revealed how her daughter was drugged and three men lured her into the car.
Ivan Turtak, 38, Kevin Horvath, 25, and Ernest Gunar, 27, were accused of taking the teenager to a “like socket” after targeting her in Asda Star Park.
Allegedly the three were “completely strangers”
Canterbury Crown Court heard she was taken to a caravan in Gunar, Folkstone.
Two days later, the girl finally managed to escape the so-called horror torture, the time when her family reported her missing.
Her mom cried when she found out that her daughter was “kidnapped, drug-taking and raped.”
She told the juror:[My daughter] Absolutely scared.
“She told me she wanted to die.
“She is very withdrawn, a completely different child.”
Mom, who cannot be named for legal reasons, said her partner was found in Dover wearing clothes that she had last seen to pick up his girl.
He told her that the girl was allegedly attacked by three men, prompting her mother to call the police immediately.
She said: “The clothes she went home were not the ones she wore when she disappeared.
“I asked her to take them off and put them in a bag for the police. I asked her to put the first urine sample in the pot.
“I know, if I do these measures, these people [accused of raping her daughter] Will be found. ”
In his evidence, the girl’s father said she described being taken to a “dirty caravan” with “yellow curtains” on it, discussing discussions about trafficking her abroad.
He told the court that she managed to get her away early in the morning after these people fell asleep.
Dad continued, “She said she ran for ten minutes.
Jurors have heard before how these three men (pictured above) were accused of “targeting and exploiting” the girl in Asda’s car.
She was subsequently forced to have sex and rape by drugs “promoting her compliance”, the court heard.
He was also told that she would be killed if she tried to run and took a naked photo while she was in the shower.
“We say she was passed on to her own sexual satisfaction and effectively treating it as a container, and the defendant’s behavior was ruthless, stained, and it was totally exploitative,” said prosecutor Hannah Llewellyn-Waters.
After being arrested, Turtak denied any sexual acts with the girl and told police: “I have my own wife and I love her. I didn’t do that with the kids.”
Hovas told the officer that he had sex with the girl but claimed she told him she was 20 years old.
He pleaded guilty to three rape charges and one penetration charge, while Gunar pleaded guilty to rape.
Turtak denied a child’s R@PE, while Horvath denied sexual assault on the child. Gunar denies child assault, sexual assault and two counts of rape.
The experiment continues.
