A video shows the moment when a motorist lays under his car on Wednesday, April 23 to prevent vehicle inspectors from arresting him or towing his car on social media.
The incident occurred during peak traffic hours, resulting in a large backlog of traffic, extending inward to Ozumba Mbadiwe at Lagos State University in Victoria.

“A motorist arrested against Vio officer has been in his car, creating a scene and avoiding towing Ozumba Mbadiwe inwards at Akin Adesola, resulting in a traffic backlog to the civic center. VIO officials and police were on the scene as Lastma police managed traffic sent out on the scene.”
