Former Chelsea player Jorginho will report leaving Arsenal Football Club at the end of the season.

Transfer news expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed that the Gunners were not interested in renewing their contracts at the club two years later. The midfielder is reportedly likely to join Flamengo in opposition to reports that link him to Saudi Arabia.

The 33-year-old Italian signed an 18-month contract with Stamford Bridge in January 2023 and will be a free agent at the end of the ongoing season. Jorginho has become a demand surplus for Emirates as he has also joined the fantastic Declan Rice form from West Ham United.

    Why did Jorginho leave Chelsea?

Jorginho recently revealed in an interview that his decision to leave Chelsea was because he felt his time was up to the club and he felt excluded from the club’s program.

“That was the last two days when the windows were closed and then I saw that my time at Chelsea was basically over. For that project, I no longer feel like part of the project, sometimes you just have to take it and keep going.”

How many trophys did Giorginho win?

Prior to joining Chelsea in 2018, he won Coppa Italia and Supercoppa, where he won the Europa League, Champions League, European Super Cup and World Club Cup.

Jorginho has been an integral part of the Arsenal team on the court and on the court, showing young players his leadership skills.
