    • The Real Madrid winger is under FIFA for suspected violation of ethics rules through the ownership of a secret football club.
    • Vinícius Júnior and his father were accused of violating FIFA’s ethics, which was facing a two-year football ban.
    • FIFA detects Vinícius Júnior’s connection to club ownership while still playing – Madrid’s real Madrid may feel the Heat.

Vinícius Júnior is the center of the FIFA investigation that could keep the Real Madrid winger for two years.

Known for his outstanding pace and a key role in the campaign of the Spanish giants, Vinícius Júnior now finds himself under scrutiny, and he reportedly violated the ethics rules for owning a football club while actively playing football, a move that could constitute the ethics of the FIFA and the Spanish FA’s code of justice for sports.

What triggered the Vinícius Junior FIFA investigation?

    • Suspected of violating moral laws and regulations

According to the Sports Bible, the Brazilian star and his father, Vinícius Jose Paixao de Oliveira, are deeply involved with all Agenciamento Desportivo with all companies focused on acquiring and managing professional football clubs.

Although this seems to be a shrewd business strategy, it triggered formal ethical complaints and led to the beginning of the FIFA ethical investigation.

    • Conflict of interest in club ownership

At the heart of the dispute is potential conflicts of interest. FIFA regulations, especially Article 20 of its Code of Ethics, Article 22 of the Spanish Football Code prohibit active players from owning football clubs directly or indirectly in order to maintain the integrity of the sport.

    Tibilis holds a dangerous flag

The case escalated when Brazilian company Tiberis Holding filed a complaint accusing Vinícius of unethical business practices.

Businessman Thasilo Soares, reportedly a partner of the partner, reminded FIFA of what it calls a reminder of the players’ so-called action, prompting the FIFA Ethics Committee to respond immediately.

More than just the business: Alverca and St. John Del-Rei deals

Earlier this year, Vinícius reportedly acquired Portugal’s two-point club club for about €10 million.

This purchase alone will add red flags in the context of an ongoing FIFA investigation.

Additionally, Tiberis Holding said it was forced to sell its shares in the sports club de São João Del-Rei to the company of Vinícius, which made the complexity of the legal and moral review now underway.

What does it mean for Real Madrid and Vinícius Júnior

As the investigation by Vinícius Júnior FIFA continues, the football community is paying close attention.

If he is guilty of a Real Madrid winger, he may face:

    • fine
    • The ban on all football-related activities lasts for two years

Such a ban will be a huge setback not only for Vinícius Júnior’s career, but for Real Madrid, which will lose one of its most influential players at a critical stage of the season.

    The final thought

FIFA’s investigation of Vinícius Júnior highlights the delicate balance between business ambition and the moral responsibility of professional football players.

As FIFA conducts a deeper study of the case, the results can reshape the way future player-led investments are invested.
