Former Senate President Bukola Saraki said the recent defectors of the governor of the Delta State, former Vice President Democratic Vice Presidential Candidate (PDP), Ifeanyi Okowa, Ifeanyikowa and other political stakeholders have resisted his position to keep silent.

The PDP Chief spoke through his 𝕏 hand and chose to remain silent because he realized that the party’s so-called leader was not sincere

However, he said PDP is still unaffected by the recent wave of deficits. He called on the party’s supporters and loyalists not to participate in the blaming game, nor to pursue traitors in order to reduce the wealth of PDP.

He said:Therefore, in the interests of Nigeria and the survival of our democracy, the ability of the opposition to replace the ruling party at any time is full of vitality and strong. Therefore, my accusation against party members is that PDP is just going through rebirth.

“This development proves the position of people like me who decide to remain silent and watch the events develop. I see that the hypothetical leaders of the opposition are not sincere. One person is not sure the next person is talking.”

Waziri of Ilorin also said any leader admitted to being pressured to take on coercion in the way the governor of the delta and his supporters.

He said:My attraction to the national PDP members is that we should know that the maintenance of democracy is not a sprint. Instead, it was a marathon. This is not a knockout football match. This is a league. 24 hours is politically long, and no one can predict how the dynamics will develop over the next few weeks and months.

“We should stay strong and focus on strengthening the party. There is no need to regret why they left.

“Our many party members should know that PDP is less than loyal, sincere, determined, dedicated and committed to its ideas, ideals and progress, rather than having many identify with us in the afternoon and romantically with the ruling party at night.

“We have about two years to go before the next election. It’s a long political time. We have enough time to deal with the challenges. Nothing can stop us from attracting some governors from other parties to our posts. My attraction to young party members. My attraction to young party members is that this definition is just to challenge our challenges so that we can challenge our challenges.. ”
