The fallen Spanish man will be “the prisoner of his own home” by making his elderly mother “a prisoner in his own home” and spend 19 years in prison almost every day.
The 47-year-old, named Rafael CDVM by Spanish media, was sentenced for repeatedly beating his 83-year-old mother, who has since.
The incident occurred in the coastal town of Chiclana de la Frontera.
Police began investigating the horrible case in spring 2023 as caregivers of two elderly women found blood stains on her underwear.
They have previously witnessed the woman’s perverted son threatening to kick her and tear her head open, according to court documents from Spanish newspaper El Pais.
The victim also told her caregiver: “My little boy slept here today and I don’t want him. I don’t want him to lie in bed.”
Rafael’s “continuously surveillance” caregivers also found bruises on the bodies of older women on several occasions and employed companies about ongoing abuse via email and text messages to the company for several complaints.
Social Service visited the elderly woman after receiving reports of terrorist abuse.
She admits that her son went to bed with her, and she says he “does almost every day.”
But seven months after the investigation opened up the disturbing case, the elderly woman D! and her testimony cannot be regarded as evidence in the trial of her son.
The victim’s caregiver, social worker and forensic doctor testified.
Rafael’s defense argued that he had an intellectual disability, but forensic doctors pointed out that his “intellectual ability is enough to distinguish what is right and wrong”.
A statement issued by the Gadiz Provincial Court said: “The court knows that the defendant has brought his mother a hellish terrifying environment.”
The news of this horrible case comes after a fallen father was sentenced to 17 years in prison after R@ped and “selling” his seven-month-old daughter in his Spanish apartment.
The 27-year-old waiter, named only San Diego, conducted a survey in 2022 for distributing more than 100 children’s P0RHOMPHICGE videos and 270 images online.
During the investigation, Spanish police found that the man of Venezuelan origin filmed himself in two instances, in an apartment near Aluchi, southwest of Madrid, his daughter filmed himself in his daughter.
He was also found distributing footage of horrible behavior on the dark web.
