A 10-year-old Endo girl was allegedly defiled by her father, Adebowale Adegboye and stepfather Idowu Akinseye.
It is said that both men have physical knowledge of the victim at different times.
The 38-year-old father is said to have purchased AB@rtion for her while she was pregnant. The suspect was arrested along with a doctor, Oluwafemi Ojo, who was allegedly placed in pregnancy and filed a lawsuit in Akure District Court.
Fifth charges are allegations of incest, abortion and indecent assault on the victim. Payment table read:
“That you, Adebowale Adegboye ‘m’, on December 15, 2024, at about 12:00 noon in Akure, within the jurisdiction of this honourable court, did commit incest by unlawfully having carnal knowledge of your biological daughter (name withheld), and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 25 (a) of the Ondo State Violence Against Persons (Prohibition) Law 2021.
Your Adebowale Adegboye ‘M’ was committed on the same day, time and place in Akure on December 15, 2024, under the jurisdiction of the Court of Honor, and thus violated the offence and, according to the offence under Article 221 of the Criminal Code, under the Criminal Code, Vol. 37 Vol. 37 Vol. 37 Vol. 1 Vol. 1.
That you Adegboye Adebowale, Ayoola Ogunkolade and Israel Oluwafemi Ojo, on January 20, 2025 at about noon in Akure within the jurisdiction of this honourable Court did conspire to commit felony to wit: procurement of abortion and thereby committed an offence contrary to and punishable under Section 516 of the Criminal Code Cap 37 Vol.1 Laws of Ondo State of Nigeria 2006.
You, you are Idowu Akinseye ‘M’, sometimes in the 2019 governor district of Alade Idanre several times dealing with your stepdaughter illegally and in the middle, at age 10, because the attack at that time was committed by stroking one’s body, in her left hand, your left fingers were undisguised in her vagina, and here she committed her consent and her knowledge. The fifth calculation of father and doctor who purchased abortion (
“You, Adebowale Adegboye and Israel Oluwafemi Ojo did illegally have an abortion for the victim on the same date, time and place of the above magazine area, thus violating the crime of violating the laws of Nigeria of Nigeria of Nigeria of Nigeria of Nigeria of the Criminal Code 37 volumes 37 volumes and violated the crime.”
Host Grace Alphonso ordered the defendant to return it to the correctional facility, until legal advice from the Prosecutor (DPP).
She detained the case until May 22, 2025 for a hearing.
