Virginia Giuffre accused Andrew Prince of sexual abuse, showing “no signs” that she intends to commit suicide, her lawyer said.
Giuffre, 41, found unresponsive on the evening of April 25 in a remote farmhouse in Neergabby, about an hour north of Perth, Australia.
A group of major crime officers spent up to twelve hours gathering evidence on the scene. Shortly after discovering, her lawyer, Karrie Louden, arrived at the property, expressing doubts about the claim that Giuffre took his life.
“We have a big question mark on this,” Luden said. “There was suicide and then something unfortunate happened. I wasn’t in the room. I didn’t see her. The family said what the family said, but I wouldn’t speculate whether it was suicide or accidental.”
It is understood that the driver may have overdoseed the pill, but it is not clear whether this was intentional. Louden explained that Irritability has been hospitalized recently and is taking medication, adding: “Did she just take too many painkillers? Did she do it on purpose? I just know…I don’t even know what the cause of death is.”

Despite recent health challenges, Luden said Giuffre has been making plans for the future, including renovating her home. “She was in pain, but was looking forward to things,” Luden said. “I should have met her today to solve some legal matters. Last week, things were positive.”
Luden stressed that there was no indication that Giuffre was considering suicide. “If any of us think she’s going to kill herself, we certainly do more, bring her into the clinic or get more help,” she said. “When I got the call, I thought it was a joke. There was no indication that this was something she was thinking about.”
There is little information provided by the police, and the coroner’s report can take up to two years. A spokeswoman for the Perth Coroner Court confirmed that the death was urgent and an investigation would be conducted, but the findings would not be made public.
Louden said that to our knowledge, “there is no suspicious situation” but admitted that “in light of recent activities, we will most likely never know exactly what happened.” She added that toxicological tests are expected in the coming days, but whether the cause of death will be ruled for suicide, harm or uncertainty.
Giuffre’s body has been removed from the farmhouse and police from the main crime department thoroughly inspected the property after the alarm was raised
