It is reported that the famous Juju musician Sunny Ade has been kidnapped.

Naija News The singer’s daughter, Damilola Adeniyi, has raised concerns about her father’s whereabouts and happiness in a series of Instagram posts on Monday, April 28, 2025.

Damilola expressed her pain, claiming that the musician could be affected inappropriately and no longer had complete control over his financial situation, suggesting that personal involvement with his father (including his manager).

She further called on relevant authorities to intervene and investigate the situation.

She wrote, “I hope the authorities are involved. I believe that financial mismanagement has occurred and that the welfare of my father is at risk.”

As of the time of submission of the report, neither King Sunny Ade nor his management team made a formal statement on Damilola’s claims.

In other news, senior Fuji musician Ayinla Kollington responded to the claims of King Wasiu Ayinde, known as K1, who did not express condolences after KWAM1’s mother passed away.

KWAM1 earlier claimed that he supported Kollington when his mother died, but his colleagues failed to return the gesture.

However, in a recent interview on Agbaletu TV, Collinton strongly denied the allegations and revealed that he had tried several times to contact Kwam1, but his phone was neither answered nor called back.

Kollington also swipes the character of K1, suggesting that his new title, “Olori Omoba,” fueled his arrogance.

The Fuji legend further asserted his dominance in the genre, pointing out that K1 must surpass him before he can win the title.
